GENERAL CONDITIONS

- The Seller agrees that the sale of all the conditions stated below must be notified to the final customer and, if not otherwise, it shall be the responsibility of the customer.

- Sava Bathroom Cabinets, reserves the right to change accessories, colors, models and yachts without notice.

- Accessories (battery, wall lighting, etc.) are not included in the yachts.

- Orders must be notified to us or our representative in writing (fax or e-mail). Our company accepts no responsibility for errors that may occur otherwise.

- Order cancellations must be notified to our factory in writing only within 1 day, otherwise order cancellations exceeding 1 day will not be taken into consideration.

- Sava Bathroom Cabinets is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

- Damage which may occur from the installation errors of the products which have not been assembled by us is not covered by the warranty.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

- Our products are not delivered to the final customer. The address is only valid for assembled products.

- Our product delivery is only in-store or warehouse delivery in Istanbul.

- Delivery outside the Istanbul is a cargo or warehouse delivery. Warehouse, cargo and insurance charges belong to the buyer.

- Products must be checked and taken during delivery. Wrong or defective products must be identified with a record and be notified in writing to us.

MOUNTING CONDITIONS

- Installation prices are 80 TL within the Anatolian side of Istanbul, 120 TL outside of Istanbul (Sile, Agva Merkez and Gebze), Istanbul European side 120 TL, Istanbul outside (Silivri and Catalca) 150 TL.

- The installation site must be ready in advance. The dismantling and raw material of the previous product used in the installation place will not be done by us.
